Join Our Team
We are always looking for dedicated individuals to join our "in-home and community care and support" team. In order to qualify for a position in the team, you must have the following:
- A tertiary qualification in allied health, behavioural or social science is strongly desirable; or a strong coupling of Diploma level qualifications and on the job experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with people who have a complex disability/mental health presentations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a team of Support Workers in challenging contexts.
- Current drivers licence, Valid Police clearance, First Aid certificate (or be willing to obtain) Current Working With Children Check and Vulnerable People Check.
